Especially as pointed out by Kalmijn(1991), the assortative mating was paid attention on moving from ascriptive assortative mating centered on social economic position of parent to accomplished assortative marriage centered on education and occupation of oneself and spouse, and the study was focused on the accomplished assortative mating. Hence, the study analyzed the effects of individual accomplished assortative marriage such as education, occupation, etc on the household income as targeting double income at economic activity ages. As considering different education level and economic activity level, the effect of the assortative mating on household income at each cohort.
